Transcendent experience with Sonia. First, I give a big kudos because she took me in during the holidays and I really appreciated her willingness to help me. This was my first reiki experience and she explained everything thoroughly. What blew my mind was I thought I was maybe on the table an hour. It was closer to two! I was in such a relaxed state, time just vanished. For anyone new to Reiki, Sonia uses her hands, as well as crystals if needed, over the areas of each chakra. I felt interesting flows of heat and cold at various times and we discussed this later as well as the images that surfaced around various chakras. She spent extra time and often went back to a chakra for more balancing later. I distinctly remember my left arm becoming very warm while she was working on my heart chakra. That was interesting! And behold, there’s a reason. I was very calm after leaving and will continue to see her in the future for full rebalancing. Her husband was also very friendly! Lovely people!
